Candice has been in our real estate investing Community for about 7 years. She resided in Indiana as a military in active duties. Since she was injured and unable to continue working, she was looking for other avenues of income until she found our community on Craigslist.

 

Candace was in the military when she lost her husband and became a single mom. While she was in service, she got injured by falling off a helicopter from 30 feet in the air. It was a very expensive injury and had to have a lot of procedures after it. While in the hospital, she was trying to figure out a way to earn money from the hospital bed and create wealth without working too many hours. 

 

She researched and ended up realizing that investing in real estate was the way to have a good income without too much effort. She learned from books and YouTube until she understood that without investing in her education she was not going to go anywhere.

 

She started attending the events and decided to join our community at the Essential level and in the following 3 to 4 weeks, she did her first wholesale deal and earned $10,000 thanks to the help of the people of the community that helped her without asking anything in return or charging any money for it. So, she invested those $10,000 back into education because she knew it was the key to her success. 

 

With her first deal, she learned quickly that it was better to invest in herself and immediately implement what she was learning at that time, also asking questions to people that were more experienced than her was very important in the learning process. She really liked it because compared to a 9-5 job, she was only working 20 hours and made more income than a regular job, just by following her playbook.

 

Candice was able to get into her second wholesale deal within 3 months, at least one wholesale deal a month right after in the first year, and at least 3 deals a month in her second year.
